Confirm understanding of the organization’s requirements, roles, technical literacy and infrastructure capacity. Identify interfaces required and capability for data export of continuity of care documentation. Assess organizational impact and define a communications strategy.

Configure/build application including systems, data and interfaces. Build training and communications materials. Prepare for testing, acceptance testing and a pilot. Test all components.
